At the beginning, I found both main characters annoying - Ava being portrayed portrayed as this super naive woman doing all these weird things for "Operation Emotion", while Alex was this super smart, wealthy, dark character, who went along with all of Ava's shenanigans.
The change from "Nothing can ever happen between us, so I'm going to act like I don't care" to "We're an exclusive couple" was very sudden.
I wish there had been more details about their dates and what they talked about except for sex.
I didn't expect the book to turn into a revenge murder mystery midway, but I enjoyed the storyline very much.
All in all, I liked the book more than I thought I would.
