I really enjoyed this book. I thought there were a lot of interesting complex layers to the story. Erica was a bit annoying but her personality actually made sense based on her background. Blake is a mystery but obviously cares deeply for Erica. It wasn't a cliffhanger, which was nice, but there is definitely a ton more story to tell. Very good writing.

I read a few reviews before starting this book and was a little apprehensive to say the least, a lot said it was very much like 50 shades of grey.
I was pleasantly surprised I didn't find it at all like it.
First off the book is quick paced which I like keeps you on your toes and interested.
I like the fact it's the man doing most of the chasing not the woman.
I love Blake and Erica. Erica is head strong and knows what she wants in life while Blake is head strong and controlling but it's a lovely match, they both test each other and that is good.
I must say I am extremely looking forward to book #2 and started it this morning :-)

I love this book from the minute I started it this book was full of twists and Turns some what you see coming and somewhat you couldn't I love both of the main characters and I love how the female character was strong and independence Blake annoys me sometimes but you could always see where he was coming from and how much love he had for Erica I definitely can't wait to read the next one I hopefully will start leaving in a couple of days

Primeramente, la trama en si no tiene ningún sentido y no es nada innovadora, aunque bueno, esto se lo puedo perdonar, pero el personaje principal es demasiado insoportable.
Erica es uno de los personajes más insoportables que he leído nunca; es demasiado bipolar y se engaña a ella misma haciéndose creer que Blake no la controla, pero realmente dejó de ser una mujer independiente en el momento que empezó a salir con él. Pudiera haber sido un personaje más fuerte, pudiera haber reconocido únicamente que le gustaba disfrutar del sexo y ya está.
Y respecto a Blacke ¿era necesario que fuera un controlador excesivo? ¿Es que a caso a las personas "normales" no les puede gustar el sexo y ya está?
Parece que para mantener una relación sexualmente activa hace falta que el hombre sea un controlador y la mujer un ser muy débil y sin ninguna voluntad.
Y la moraleja final tampoco me gustó... parece que para que una mujer no puede triunfar en el mundo de los negocios sin un hombre que la proteja porque todos los demás intentarán acostarse con ella y ella no podrá defenderse sola...
En fin, seguramente voy a seguir con la saga porqué ha sido muy entretenida y en ocasiones me ha hecho gracia de lo ridícula (sin ánimos de ofender a nadie) que era.

Not enough substance and pretty predictable. Not sure I'll read the rest of the series. It had some spice and some good characters but the rest fell flat.
