Woah! What a well written story that is so alluring and captivating! It’s got drama, suspense and spice which make the perfect combination for an incredibly engaging read! Erica’s story was interesting from the start but as soon as she described Blake walking into the boardroom I was a goner for this book! You could feel the attraction and chemistry of these two characters leap off the page making you want to see how things played out! Be aware that this book does end with a cliffhanger so be sure to jump right into “Hardpressed” at the end!!
I’m not usually a fan of books narrated by a single voice but WOW, Jennifer Stark might be a new favorite! Her voice was so appealing and she does an incredible male voice that made it so easy to listen to! I instantly forgot there wasn’t a 2nd narrator and easily enjoyed this audible!

I devoured this book! From start to finish, it consumed me!! I loved the rawness of Erica and Blake's relationship. It was not what I was expecting and that's what made it such a great read.
I completely devoured this book in less than 24 hours... Enough said! :)
I loved this book. Erica is a successful student who then goes on to further her business after college, and on the way meets Blake who then helps her with her personal issues and also tries to help her with her business, without pushing her out. Its a great story line and is full of sexual content but has a great basis for the story progression. Cant wait to go onto the next book to see how the story continues.
Working in the tech industry made the first part of the book pretty cringe worthy for me. As I was reading, my mind just kept flashing to stories I've heard about this sort of behavior. I know this makes me a bit of a hypocrite (after all, no novel starts off awesome). I do think being able to relate so closely to this one though makes me realize why I prefer paranormal or worlds for my novels.
After we get past that, I enjoyed the book. It's a lot of the "getting to know you" type of stuff, and I'm hoping the second book will turn up the heat a bit. But the author is doing a solid job building the story and I'm interested to see where it goes from here.

*sigh* where do I start. I finished this book in about 3 days which is actually pretty long for me. I tried to get into this book and in truth it was not as bad as some of the books I've read but it just didn't do it for me. I'm all for a hot dominant billionaire romance but this one just fell flat. I love all the billionaire boys (Christian, Gideon, Jesse, Damien, Alexandre, etc etc etc..) but Blake just didn't do it. The sex scenes were lackluster and the plot didn't grab me. All in all I felt like I was reading a bad or less entertaining version of the Stark Trilogy. I'm still gonna give it the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully book 2 will redeem the series.
All of the characters in this book have such crazy mood swings and the plot is stupid and not well fleshed out. Also, it just ends right when something actually interesting happens.
While I enjoyed the spicy the characters had very little developed or real personality. I didn’t get a ton of chemistry from the couple outside of the bed room. Still it was an entertaining fast read.
