I do not like this book at all. The story, the characters, the plot are so immature. Maybe because of the short length of the book, Miss G is in hurry to pack everything into such short story. Do not get me wrong, a novella can be a good satisfying story.
Maybe my taste for rom com has been changing after 3 years reading many romance books. Over Us, Over You is just so over for me.

2.5 stars.
It could have been a much better book. Too bad she spent most of the time reiterating the same points over and over again. She could have been telling a much better love story.

I listened to an hour of this and didn't want to waste any more time on this book. I couldn't get into it. The writing didn't pull me in. The characters weren't likeable. I thought the premise was interesting but, an hour in, I didn't enjoy anything about this story.
This author seems to be hit or miss for me, but I will keep giving her titles a chance.

3.5 stars but rounded up. idk this wasn't one of her badly written books i guess. The starting was a bit weird but once i was pass through that i enjoyed the audiobook. A secret rs with your brother's bff who was also your childhood friend? yea this trope always somehow does it for me so i have little complains plus the porn was good af
I pre-ordered this book and didn’t get it until today. I’ve already finished it. I was so excited for this book and honestly I couldn’t connect with the characters. I loved the story line but I needed more background on them both I think. Not so much about their relationship but on their families.
So about this book...
It started off really well and then it felt quite rushed. Now, don't get me wrong. All the sexy scenes were well appreciated but I absolutely felt like something was missing.
On a Tuesday will forever be the book of Whitney's the others will try to hold a candle to for me and this one just didn't cut it.
For some parts where there was just so much built up tension which should have caused disparity between the characters but were resolved so quickly that my excitement admonished with every page turn.
At some point, just as with On a Tuesday there are flashbacks but they didn't help to really sell me on the romance that these two should have had.
Still and enjoyable read nonetheless.

I always love a second chance romance, especially when it happens to be a romance between a girl and her brother's best friend. What I loved even more about this book is that Corey admitted to himself that Hayley was was actually his best friend before her other brother actually was. These two could talk about anything and everything for hours. Hayley also respected Corey no matter what girl he was talking to or who he was with at the time, even though she admitted to herself that she "damned near loved him". I also loved that Corey wasn't the perfect jock. Nether of them had the best childhood, yet they were there for each other as much as they could. Once their lives collided again there was no stopping the love they had for each other, no matter how Hayley's brother felt. I loved the addition of the text messages and emails. They definitely added to the story. I've been waiting a while for this story to come out and I have to say it didn't disappoint.
