I can scantily determine which is better - that Plato wrote one of the most fascinating discourse on love, or that it transitioned into a fanfic about his teacher.

Ahh ~love~ :)

Main take aways:
1) Socrates hot
2) Socrates gay
3) Socrates hot hot HOT

There’s some other stuff about the concept ~love~ n stuff which is also nifty (it’s the main part of the book actually).

This book is a big win for the lovers!

Surprisingly funny, very accessible, and (perhaps obviously) deeply thought provoking.
Provides compelling analogies and insights into love, some agreeable and others less so.
Would recommend to anyone who loves philosophizing whilst inebriated.

Apesar de apenas ter feito uma analise para historia, apercebo me que este livro é importante para qualquer um que queira perceber a filosofia Grega.

So you're telling me one of the most revered Greek sophists of all time wrote fanfiction about his teacher, in which everyone wants to make gay love to him, both intellectually and physically. What the hell.
