This was cute. Not as good as mother faker but still sweet. Sometimes the chemistry between Brooks and Sara felt a bit odd to me. And the whole past relationship between Seb and Sara just didn’t seem believable. Like I never understood why Sara was even with him in the first place. But anyway, still loved the banter between the brothers and looking forward to Gavin’s book!

My favorite couple in her extended book universe! Love the unique-ness of Sara, and Brooks’ unyielding acceptance and appreciation of her. I also was starting to feel like every single MMC was solely dominant and that was getting a wee bit boring, so I loved to see them share the power. There was nothing boring about their spice or their relationship despite Sara being described as unabashedly “basic.” Their dynamic and dispositions did it for me. Love a good boy.

Brooks is truly a saint. Loved the reverse vCard trope and the way it played out.
I literally laughed so hard in this book I cried. Sara is hysterical with her rambling and anxious nonsense. Brooks is a very dreamy MMC and the tie in of Dawson's Creek gave me the perfect amount of 90s nostalgia I needed.
I love Brooks and Sara together. Their best friends to lovers romance was so sweet and I adore Brook he is so sweet and I love how over protective he is with her. I can’t wait for the next book.
