Kiara and Nino are my favorite Cora couple EVER (yes, I said it), and this is the sequel to their story that we all wanted- and boy does it live up to what I wanted.
This is a continuation of Twisted Emotions and takes place in parts during Twisted Pride (awesome to get Nino/Kiara's perspectives on what happened during that) and then builds on afterwards- so a) you need to read those books first and b) be prepared for the passage of more time in their first story. This reminds me a lot of Luca and Aria's final book Bound by Love- we see the couple weather several events that happened in other books that we didnt' get from their perspective, we get to see the aftermath of how they solidify as couple now that feelings are out in the open, and we get to see how they evolve around the characters around them, and we tie up some loose ends all over a longer period of time (this one doesn't span as much time as Bound by Love, however).
The book starts right where Nino and Kiara's story ended and with the kidnapping of Serafina. We get to see how this really impacted Kiara (which we figured it would given her history), we see how Kiara and Nino settle into their love, and we get to see Kiara's relationships with all the brothers and Serafina. (and don't get me wrong, i LOVE Serafina and she's the perfect match for Remo and she may be the mafia queen but at the end of the day the queen of the Falcone house is Kiara- her connections with each brother, including Remo are heart warming and adorable). Kiara continues to get more comfortable with herself and the family, while still caring for everyone, and we see Nino shift his priorities to his new world's center, Kiara.
We have loads of ups and downs- several surprise, including a big climax (not a pun) that I wasn't expecting - but one in which shows the true evolution of Kiara as part of the Falcone tribe and one that tests the loyalty and love they have for her as their family member.
Plus, we get bonus Savio and twin content- the icing on the cake.
I loved every minute of this book, and it is right up there with Twisted Emotions as my all-time fav books (yes, bumped Bound by Honor and Bound by Love down on the list!)- dont worry, all 4 are permanently on the kindle rotation for re-reading. Thank you, Cora, for giving us more Kiara and Nino- their story moves my soul.

Anything with Kiara and Nino is a hit with me
I love love LOVE Nino and Kiara.
I really enjoyed the family dynamics in the book. This book feels more like an extension of Nino and Kiara’s story, rather than a standalone instalment, but it still offers plenty of emotional depth and development. The continuity from their previous book enhances the reading experience, providing a deeper look into their lives and relationship dynamics.
