Twisted bonds
I enjoyed catching up with nino and kiara again. I was happy to see them grow more than we seen in their first book. I also loved seeing the family come together more with the addition of the women and children.

It was good but i dunno, it didn't really live up to my expectations so 2.5.
When I realized this book was another from Nino and Kiara, I was so happy. After their first book, I was so excited and addicted to them that learning I'd have another book made me so happy.
However, it wasn't as good as the first one.
First, it felt so long for no reason at all. About 48% of the book is Twisted Pride from Nino and Kiara's pov. And even though I enjoy multiple povs, sometimes it's a bit too much... Especially since we also had some part of Twisted Pride in Bound by the Past.
Then it came the whole Adamo thing... I completely get the need to explore more characters and prepare them for the plotline or even their own book, but the whole drug situation just felt so out of place. And the infertility issue also made me very upset. I wished the fact that they couldn't get pregnant was due to natural causes, as it happens quite often to couples who try, than to be for a "damage" from Kiara's trauma.
The whole plot with the mother was already expected from the moment
However, I can't say I didn't enjoy it, because I did. I love how each brother connects with each other and how they're this huge family going through hard stuff together. And if there's one thing that this book finally achieved for me is that it got me curious about Savio, because up until this book, I was not very interested in him.
Remo also was incredible. With all the support to not only Kiara but the entire family.
Nino and Kiara continue to be my favorite couple and I'm truly happy with the ending of this book.

Adamo wanted to visit her first place. And the constant mention of her mixed with the drugs issues, you can just tell what's about to happen. However, I can't say I didn't enjoy it, because I did. Twisted Bonds is the continuation of Twisted Emotions, Nino and Kiara’s story. The books starts where Twisted Emotions ended and catches Twisted Pride events so I really advice people to read the previous books before starting this one.
I really really loved this book. I didn’t connect that fast with Kiara and Nino in Twisted Emotions (love the book) but it changed with Twisted Bonds. While I felt there was something missing in Twisted Emotions, this book filled those blank spaces. We get to see them evolving individually and as couple, and I absolutely fell in love with Nino. He changed since Twisted Emotions yet still feels the same Nino, still truthful to himself and it was nice to follow him in this journey of self discovery. I really liked Kiara, she finally came out of her shell and became someone confident, strong, outspoken and even thought I didn’t agree with some things, her sweet innocent nature is the perfect fit for Nino. They’re a very balanced couple and I loved how they stay strong and side by side, supporting each other, chasing away their fears together. Nino’s devotion to Kiara is so adorable specially coming from someone who repressed emotions.
But what I really loved about this book, was the secondary characters. They play a big role and standout so much in Twisted Bonds but the author was able to make them have a strong presence without overshadow Nino and Kiara.
There’s drama on this book but again, I loved it. I cried and my heart almost exploded with pain but I’m thankful the author didn’t drag the situation beyond necessary. I never knew I could care so much, feel so much for fictional characters until Twisted Bonds. But then, it just made them all strong, their bond is unique and if there’s something the drama and Twisted Bonds showed, is the real definition of family, love and loyalty.
Twisted Bonds was the book we all needed, it brings closure to Twisted Emotions. The book is filled with romance, family moments, action, struggles, anguish, Falcones humor. It also opens the door for future books for the other Falcone brothers but also other characters that I hope the author will explore one day.
If you felt Twisted Emotions was incomplete, if you love the Falcone brothers and want to get to know them better, if you want to see the family dynamics after the female characters became part of the family, this book will deliver everything you need.

Kiara and Nino's romance is by far my favorite out of the Camorra Chronicles, so it was great to revisit them. I love Nino and his devotion to Kiara. The fact that he went from no emotions, to feel the love he has for Kiara is beautiful.
I also enjoyed seeing the growth of her relationship with his brothers. It is really weird how much I love the Falcone family. I am worried about Savio's book because I have heard bad things and he is such douche.
TW for troubles in conceiving/infertility issues.
