Ugh I LOVE this series and these characters so much! So far this is one of the lower ranked books, but it’s only because the first half of the book was pretty repetitive of book 3 (which was a little dull to read). The second half was perfection, and I’m obsessed with the Falcone men. I even loved seeing the women of the series get closer and build their own relationships.

Such a good mafia romance series!!! I don’t know why I don’t see more people talking about it!

I loved getting to come back to my loves, Kiara and Nino!!! I will say I skimmed some bits because it does take place during the majority of the previous book (Remo and Serafina) but from Nino and Kiara’s POV. I really liked how we saw Kiara continue to grow more confident and continue to standup for herself and speak her voice - was great to see the growth from the end of her first book continued.

Nino’s utter devotion shined even brighter in this one and god I loved it so much!!!! Nino will always support and protect his brothers, especially Remo after what they delt with as children, but that doesn’t mean he’ll allow any of them to upset Kiara. The brother relationship continues to shine in this book and I really liked seeing how Kiara has been woven into the family.

Absolutely adored the way Nino and Kiara grew their family - was perfect for them imo. Okay now that I’ve written a review, I’m gonna go reread lol
