I loved this part soooo much! In this part, Lilly grows stronger, she is not the woman we first meet. Here she stands up against Jeremy, says her oponion and so on! I started to get even more closer to her than in the two other parts. I loved Scarlett's writing and she has me wanting for more in this serial!

Now lets talk about Jeremy. Just when we think we have him all figured out this part takes a 360 degree in the end! Wow what an ending! I really think that there is more behind Jeremy's actions - but he is still one bad guy and a really evil one! But when we get to look at his soft and kind side, I really think he cares about Lilly.

Loved this and I can't wait to the next part! Love love!

Now the story is coming together. Jeremy's character is coming out and he is unbelievably cruel and truly kind and compassionate when he wants to be.
Now book 4!

Resistance is the third book in the Uncovering You series. This books picks up where Submission left off and must be read in chronological order.
In this novel Lilly realizes she has been going about things all wrong.

This book has me completely lost. I can't wrap my head around Jeremy and his ever changing moods. We still don't know why he chose her but, we have a better idea as to how long.

I look forward to reading the rest.
A word of caution to some readers... this is a dark romance novel. There are strong situations which may be triggers for some people. If that applies to you, I suggest you don't read this series.

I like the story but i need to go back and read the first two parts of the series to catch up to the story. I will do that and this may change how I rated this book. It was good but reading the first two will pull things together for me I am sure. Until then I will not say to much more about the story.

Poor Lilly. I really like the way this writer writes. She sets the stage so eloquently that I feel like I'm actually witnessing it, not just reading it. The ways that Jeremy torments Lilly are truly amusing to me. Hey, I never denied that I have a twisted mind lol. He even used kindness and tenderness to confuse her. And really why did she think she could outwit the man? Not only does he have 20 years of living experience on her, but he's extremely successful, a pursuit she hasn't achieved yet. He got to the top for a reason. And she's nowhere near his league. So her delusions are amusing to me as well.

My favourite scene was when Jeremy made Lilly eat the dove while he tossed its head back and forth like a ball. Hilarious!!
