“When he lights his lamp, it’s as if he’s bringing one more star to life, or one more flower. When he puts out his lamp, that shines the flower or the star to sleep”

This was just really beautiful and wonderful and such a quick read. It is definitely worth reading.

Adults lose all the fun and imagination that kids have. That we should love and treat what we love with great love.

I have no idea what the hype is all about... it was a nice story but I don't understand the meaning behind it at all. I get the philosophical aspects of the book but I don't understand the author's representation of them.
