I DEVOURED THIS BOOK! I absolutely loved it. I find that I am drawn to books where the main character has a somewhat psychic ability where they solve mysteries ([b:Wake|1661957|Wake (Wake, #1)|Lisa McMann|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1361417311s/1661957.jpg|1656772], [b:The Leaf Reader|32302187|The Leaf Reader|Emily Arsenault|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1492931491s/32302187.jpg|47308182], [b:Ask Me|18209531|Ask Me|Kimberly Pauley|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1375822894s/18209531.jpg|25630348]). This is perfect, I am excited that it is a series so I can continue to read how Violent can help solve murders. I usually hate love stories, and they tend to take me away from the story, yet I liked how Violet was in love with her best friend, and how things worked out between them. Definitely will be recommending this book, I hope the series is a great as this first one.
