5 stars!!! 1000/10, no notes! I’m dead! I liked the first book in this series, which it seems not a lot of people did. But just like everyone else, I might be a Shay girlie now! The way Shay acts, how deeply he loves those around him, how much he does for his loved ones… (my own husband is like this!!) I was swooning from page one! And that EPILOGUE!!!!! Perfection.

My first 1-star review of a book I did not DNF :') I have nothing polite to say and my commitment to reviewing every book I read on here is the only thing bringing me to this box. Wooden characterization is an understatement. It was not just bad writing - my only highlights in this book are legit actual writing *errors* that a HS sophomore student could have caught, nevermind a professional editor.
