Spice was fantastic, story was brilliantly done, and great transition into book 3! War is coming, Demeter is pissed and Hades and Persephone are ready to meet her.

oh man….. I mean I know these books are not the most amazing things on the planet but this one was especially hard to get through. I listened to it and had to set my speed all the way to 2.5x when I normally only listen at 1.5x or 1.75x speed. I’m not gonna DNF this series cause I am still invested in it ((I love a hades and persephone retelling)) but ouch ouch ouch this one was rough
