I looove getting Hades perspective in these books. He is such a complex character and I’ve enjoyed seeing his growth. It adds a nice touch to the series.

I also enjoyed how it added details to the storyline we never hear about in Persephone’s books. It makes the stakes feel much higher.

The narrator is just so monotonous, the pronunciations between the Persephone books vs the Hades books are off putting and somewhat jarring, and the Hades POV is all about boring sex. All Hades can seem to do is get aroused and have sex with Persephone.
