Hades and Persephone are the drunk couple at the bar intermittently shouting at each other and making out. But don't worry sex is how they process their emotions.

I gave this one a higher rating bc honestly Hades makes this story. The turmoil, passion & forgiveness he shows is beyond me. Yes he's made some mistakes & has growing to do but he IS trying & actively growing & changing for the better. However I just hate Persephone more & more. My heart absolutely shattered for him, all the pain & trials he's had to go through for her & bc of her is devastating. Truly he deserves better. Then there's Hemes & Hecate they are lovely & hilarious. If not for these 3 I probably would finally give up the fight to keep going with the books. The 3rd person POV is still very nerve racking 😆 though I will say it has gotten better, it no longer feels like there's a battle between 3rd & 1st person. I truly hope some how Persephone redeems herself bc I really have no care in the world for her & would be totally okay with her perishing & Hades getting a new happy ending with someone else 😅
