So I feel that any plot on this series is solely on the Hades version. But honestly I dig it! I did feel bad for him because I felt like he couldn’t catch a break. However I think he needed to be more open yet I think Persephone needs to understand that Hades is forever. She can find out stuff over time. (I’m talking current things like his owned businesses and stuff)

I really prefer Hades’ retellings because they have so much more content and it makes everything come together with a much clearer picture.

To be honest, the smut was excessive, but the book was decent and deep in some places, especially in reference to that one character (RIP

After taking a little break from this series, I was able to come back with a fresher perspective and so I found the more toxic arguments and viewpoints at times frustrating to read but will I still be continuing with this series because this sort of vibe is my guilty pleasure? 100%
