Relatively predictable and not altogether a unique story. That being said, Red Queen is entertaining and fast paced at times. I enjoyed the book and am looking forward to continuing on with the series.

I remember I kinda read this book back in 2016/2017. And I didn’t like the beginning g, so I stop. A couple of months I decided to read the book again, and well, I didn’t like it. It was very predictable and Mare, the main protagonist was so stupid. She was very annoying, not very smart, and so bitter and negative. And the guys, well, I didn’t feel anything for them. Very disappointed in this book. Am I gonna keep reading the series? No.

okay I just finished the book and I'm kind of disappointed I totally saw that coming, I knew it Maven was going to betray her, like all the time they remind us "anyone can betray anyone" and "he's his mother son" I read the whole book wishing that I was wrong but the end was really predictable. oh and shade being alive also predictable. But even so I still loved the book I hope the next one surprises me
