I was in this for a good, long while. Eventually though, I felt it start to collapse under it's own structure. I settled on having enjoyed it, but I think it took more work than necessary to bring the pieces together in a satisfying way. Interested in more from this author.

This was such a surprise. The first half was creepy as heck and the second half was weird in a fascinating way. I did find some of the writing choppy. Overall a great read. Really unexpected.
