This gave all The Holiday vibes! After being jilted Holly needs some healing. She convinces her best friend to go on her honeymoon in her place and she goes to a cabin to recoup and relax. Relaxation isn’t meant to be when she realizes her Airbnb host is her high school nemesis. Meanwhile in Hawaii Ivy doesn’t have a room when Holly’s ex checks in. Luckily the bartender comes to her rescue. This Holiday is full of unexpected surprises that forever change their lives in the best way!

This book is so good. I would say the best thing about it is the duo settings. One friend soaking up the sun in Hawaii and the other friend enjoying the snow in the Hudson Valley, what could be better? Well, the boys that have caught their attention. That's what!
I love Ivy and Holly's friendship and the plots that were set up to send them on their own adventures over the holiday season. The dialogue is funny, the friendship is genuine, the love interests are lovely (except the douchebag that sends one of them on their adventure) and all the lovely Christmas feels throughout the entire book.
This will be another holiday favorite that I will recommend year after year.
