Rakastuin tähän ihan täysillä. Nyt tuntui että tarina oli viimein muotoutunut täysin omanlaisekseen ja uppouduin siihen sydänjuuriani myöten. Vaikutteita mm. Pottereista on havaittavissa edelleen, mutta se näkyy enimmäkseen vain taianomaisessa tunnelmassa. Tämä piti suorastaan ahmia ja eläydyin lopussa niin vahvasti että taisin muutamaan otteeseen huudahtaa ääneen.

This really is like a harry potter mixed with alice in wonderland for younger readers. For some reason I can't stop thinking about the characters in harry potter terms - we have Jupiter North, half dumbledore half weasley and Ezra Squall, half voldemort half snape. Quite interesting characters. And of course our protagonist Morrigan Crow who has great and wunderful powers. So wunderful in fact, that everyone is scared of her and tries to stop her from going to magical school. Unsettling things have been brewing, but our little wundersmith manages to save the day, with a little help from the villain himself. One issue I have with this series is that it should not be called the Nevermoor series. Um excuse me do you see the Harry Potter series being called the Hogwarts series? Ofc not. This should be called the Morrigan Crow series, plain and simple because Morrigan Crow deserves it. Anyways this was weird and wild and everything in between. Loved it.

ALL of the stars. I loved this in every way. And the PLOT TWIST! Ugh, it was phenomenal. Adored it. 10/10. A fantastic sequel to a brilliant novel. I can't wait for more.
