Shut up this story was unexpectedly deep. I've never read anything by jenny Proctor before but I went into this looking for a cute romcom with sabotage shenanigans.
Instead, it ended up being such an impactful story about what it means to be yourself and the courage it takes to open up to someone you love.
It was just so good that I even lack the words to explain it. I particularly liked the way the different povs were handled. A lot of the conflict centres around Cameron so seeing his point of view and how he felt and was processing things was really essential and elevated the story.
