demolished in one sitting. the premise was genuinely scary but became predictable pretty soon after the halfway point. plot became very far fetched and characters were very flat (although it’s clearly an action driven story rather than character). fast n furious read but nothing too profound

Super good book! Got me out of my reading rut. Fast paced from the start and no lulls in the plot or storytelling. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the story was a little predictable.

It was alright. I don't have many thoughts on this book which isn't a good thing, it just wasn't good enough to write about or too bad to complain about. Best way to describe it is that it felt like a filler episode in a TV series. It leans into the whole true crime genre, the main character Olivia is obsessed with it. Despite self proclaiming herself as a true crime expert, she makes pretty stupid decisions in this book. The plot twist was meh, saw it coming from the very beginning. Ideally, I would give this a 1.7/5. Very boring and forgettable book.
Run on Red!!! This was an intense popcorn thriller. The friendship between Laura and Olivia. You follow from Olivia's POV when Olivia and Laura are on the way to a bonfire in the middle of the woods. When a truck starts following them and scaring them by getting too close for comfort. Then the men in the truck try to kidnap these girls. It was a wild ride. Such non - stop thrills. Friendship goals but also this thriller will have me looking over my shoulders. I LOVED IT!!!! I read it in one day.
