What do I have against this series? I love Kennedy Fox so much. This duo authors are one of my favourites right behind Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. This was not so bad but still. I thought I would fall in love a little bit more.

Mila was amazing. She was a perfect babysitter, sister, friend and girlfriend. I liked her a lot. She was your typical next door girl. Still, I could not find the connection between me and her. I could not connect with her that much as a reader. John was an amazing father. He was willing to learn and grow even more. He never backed down. He always put everyone first even when it came to his heart. He did not mind stepping on it for the sake of Mila’s future. I loved reading his parts with his daughter and how he dealt with the whole situation.
Seeing the whole family brought warmth and I enjoyed them together.
