John and Mila
I was so super excited to hear how quiet John's story would play out and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The fact that the quiet, reserved twin had a child was cute and well played. While Mila was a bit young, she was still a great leading lady.

⭐️ 5 "Another Bishop Brother to Swoon Over" Stars ⭐️
Kennedy Fox delivers another brilliant story with Chasing Him! Seriously girls, these Bishop guys are so charming! This time, it’s new single dad John Bishop’s turn to steal the show with his dreamy personality.
John was always the most mysterious of the Bishops for me. Very discreet compared to his brothers, it was exciting for me to finally unveil his secrets. He’s definitely the picture-perfect sexy country boy with good manners. When the pull between him and his nanny Mila Carmichael becomes so tempting, he continues to act as the perfect gentleman.
Seeing those two interact is so pleasant with the sexy banters that got me all smile. They are so attracted to each other, but they have a professional relationship that makes a possible romance difficult. My heart fluttered from the beauty of their romance! The slow burn is spot on and creates an incomparable anticipation. When they finally dive into this attraction, they’re magic.
What can I say about baby girl Maize? She brings such joy in Mila and John’s life! It’s sweet witnessing John with his daughter! There’s just something about single dads that always win me over in books!
The Bishop family brings a lot of amusing moments as well as some sweeter ones in this novel. I’ll never get tired of seeing the Bishop brothers teasing each other.
I adored this story and now I’m more than ready for Jackson’s story! Since his very first introduction in the Checkmate Duet, I’ve been curious about him and now with this epilogue I’m awaiting this read so much! Overall, Chasing Him is the total package! Enthralling, heart-pounding, adorable and poignant! John, Mila and little Maize completely stole my heart.

4.5⭐️ only because of how long it took them to get together and the back and forth. Over all these books are all 5 star quality content though.
Kennedy Fox had a captivating way of making you feel like you are IN the book. I never have felt that way about a series but I’m distraught knowing this won’t last forever and I will eventually finish the series. I’m not ready to let these characters go yet. Even though theres Circle B Ranch I still wish there was more books to this set.
I will update review later.

Talk about waking up and your life literally changes in the blink of an eye (or the opening of a door)!! John, sexy, quiet, and total opposite to his twin Jackson, is in for a ride of his life when his brothers open the door and his baby is sitting there in a car seat. This adventure is somewhat predictable, but throws some serious curve balls at you!! I love the Bishop brothers!!! OH Jackson is up next... biting my nails with anticipation!!!

This had potential and just really fell flat. Specially after Evan and Emily. Mila had no personality beyond “I like to take care of kids.” John had no identity outside of “Jackson’s less wild twin.”
Also felt like the whole thing was a set up for Jackson’s book.

God, I loved this book! John, Mila and Maize are adorable and I cannot wait to see more of them. The book was a little fast-paced I will be honest, I wish there was more of a severe burn but I loved it either way! I cannot wait to read Jackson’s book, after that ending.
