This series was so good. Will definitely be recommending it to everyone! This third book was a little slower paced than the first two, but I still enjoyed it. I am obsessed with these characters and the little sprinklings of romance we get. The way the author wrapped the story up was incredible. There were also some great quotes throughout the series. I loved the writing and magic system. I will be checking out more books by this author.

This was a fantastic finish to the series. I loved the cast of characters and appreciated the different ways each contributed, and I felt their different voices were clear through their chapters.
Ana frustrated me, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Definitely happy with how this series turned out, and look forward to reading more from the author!

This was a fantastic conclusion to a fabulous series! The characters are one of the things I enjoyed the most about this series! Ana, our main female character, is heir to the throne & has blood magic her journey has been wonderful to follow! Then there's Ransom and you really can't help but like him! He's witty, loyal & really has a great personality! The writing is wonderful. The twists & turns & the adventure has really been amazing! Really a great read!

it seemed like every piece of this story culminated nicely together and the final battle scene was pretty phenomenal to listen to, the delivery of different aspects of the story throughout the battle suited each other— i shed more than a couple tears. while i’m not super attached to this style of writing for multiple reasons,, if there were to be a spin off of Ana and Ramson and Lyn (and Caius?) searching for affinite traffickers
