Honestly, this is one of those “it’s not you, it’s me” type of books(I’m not lying, it really IS me).
This was the first “dark romance” books I’ve read and I can’t really say it’s something I’m particularly into. But, hey, don’t know if you like it until you try it!
I did, however, enjoy the writing and the premise itself. I was also able to enjoy it as a thriller, which is a genre I find myself gravitating to so, it still scratched that itch.
I don’t think I’ll read the second book but, I do encourage people who like dark romance and thrillers to give it a go!

I’m fan of the Saw movie series and thought that I might like this. I couldn’t be more wrong…
I LOVED the beginning and then I got into the middle and was like eh do I like this? OH BOY do I like this (I know its wrong) but this series is so thoroughly fucked up that I AM enjoying every second. Greyson is the DEFINITION of a psychopath and even Dr. Noble can be put in that category. This book delivers all the vibes but it is FUCKED UP. This is not a book for people who want cute romance because this is the definition of another spectrum. Harley Quinn-Joker vibes fs. Can't wait to jump into book two now!
