I struggled at the beginning of this book but I wanted to persist because my husband loved this series and I wanted to as well. I'm glad I did because it got so good and I'm excited to read the next one!

Once again, I am completely floored by Sanderson's ability to create something so wholly unique.

“The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think, but to give you questions to think upon.”

What
a
journey.

The longest I've ever read a book (due to travel and school) but damn, this was such an amazing ride.
If anyone asks me to tell them what this book is about, I'll fail miserably because it's so many things.

Loved this, and I would gladly read another 1000 pages about the thermodynamics of the magic system

I love this entire series. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The complexity of the world and depth of each storyline pulls me in.

That was EPIC. my brain has exploded. I am so excited to continue this series. I think this might be the best series I’ve ever read. I laughed, I cried, I became SO attached to these characters. Sanderson does an incredible job of world building without giving away everything at one time. The first half of the book was very slow but once you made it halfway, you can’t put it down. If you like an epic game of thrones style fantasy, you have to read this. The story is incredible.
