I have no fucking clue what is happening in this story anymore, but the action was really good and I like Kureto's demon's design, so there's that.

Geniuenly insane Shinya and Guren content in this one. EVEN MORE insane Kureto content. I love this series so much.

fellas is it gay to hate your homey's surrogate father figure on sight simply bc the homey is attached to him? Guren really came back with the milk homie said "yo" and his son acting like a dog when their owner gets home from work while Mika just 😠
Yu got that dumb shonen protagonist thing down i mean i know he has a complex attachment/daddy issue relationship with Guren but to still be so blindly trusting after some of the recent reveals...found family or die i guess

This is an ongoing series so this review is likely to contain spoilers for the previous volumes and of course the current one I'm writing about.

Final warning!!

SpoilerFerid and Krul are still being tortured and the only way they can save them is with the help of Guren, who Mika hates and keeps threatening to kill. I completely understood why Mika didn't like him and why he didn't trust him. I mean the guy just tried to wipe out his own people. It makes me think a lot of Tokyo Ghoul as that also had a morally grey situation. Who really is the monster in this instance. Vampires or humans?

In a kinda shocking, but not really shocking turn of events because we all know he's a class A tool Kureto has attacked Shibuya and launched a coup against his father. It caused some rather strange outcomes but I'm interested to see how that'll affect the rest of the series. There's something hinted at that there's a larger force at work manipulating all these characters like chess pieces. Very excited.
