Takes place after "Kill Switch" but doesn't really add anything additional to the overarching plot as a whole, meaning you won't be missing any pertinent info before going into Nightfall. The "Bonus Scene" was something I feel would have done better at the end of "Kill Switch" as it occurs before the events of Conclave but still relates to the Damon/Winter story. Timeline wise, it just would have made more sense. Regardless, it was a fun novella and a sweet extra scene.
