This was cute, and I loved the interactions between the elderly side characters and the MC. I wasn’t convinced on the romance, but the side characters actually were more fun to me than the main romance plot. The book ended too fast I think.

I adored this book. It was exactly what I wanted - a fast paced, a fun, lighthearted, feel-good, travel/romance story.

At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like the book, because the main character, Aubree was really whiny and super particular about everything.

However, as she went on a journey across Europe, she found that there's more to life than what she already knows. She not only found travel and romance, but she began to find herself, her voice and what she wants out of life.

I looked forward to reading this book every time I picked it up, and found myself rooting for Aubree as the novel went on.

All of the secondary characters were important in adding to Aubree's journey of self-discovery. The each had distinct personalities, and the novel wouldn't have been the same without them (I'm looking at you, Mr. Fenton, Emma and Mary).

There were definitely aspects of the plot that were unrealistic where I had to suspend my disbelief, but it was a story I really wanted to read, so this didn't bother me.

If you want a fun, lighthearted, romance/travel story I recommend picking it up!
