It's not nearly as funny as it's trying to be. I can't figure if the heavy right wing slant to the writing is because that's the author's bent or if they're just trying to mock what they think a gun-wielding, bible-toting super conservative would sound like. In any case, barely worth the effort of finishing.
Title made me laugh out loud. It started hopeful but it really wasn't that funny after a few pages. It seemed too real and not absurd enough. Left me disappointed. Sad part is that there are people out here in the world that would agree with the sentiments...minus the cats and replace with children. *cue flashbacks of ultra-conservative education* Thinking my life experience has jaded me not to like this book. I'm really curious the author's intention and motivation.

This book made me laugh! Great brain candy.
Graphic: Religious bigotry
Mediocre. A handful of joke-y ideas belabored through repetition to stretch what might have made a really funny greeting card into a book that got more tedious the longer it went on. If you're interested, read the first ten or fifteen pages - you can safely put the book down at that point; you won't find anything in the rest of it you haven't already come across.
I had expected better from this book. The first chapter was kinda interesting but it got old really fast. I read for about half of the book then skimmed through the rest. I didn't mind the alt-right propaganda, I just didn't find it funny at all.
Ok, so I bought this book as a gift for a friend for Xmas but then started reading it and couldn’t stop.
Love it soooo much. Hilarious.
