I just finished book 5 and now realized that I didn't do reviews because I went from one book straight into the next one, I couldn't stop. So this review will just tell you about the series as a whole: it's amazing! Very dark, so please read the page before getting into the book. The main characters are good guys (obvs) but they are still vampires and lycans living in a society that does not value human life AT ALL, so throughout the series you will see some pretty... tough actions and descriptions (some of these things are on page) so I just want you to know before going in.
With that said, I can't say a single negative thing about this series. I loved the cast of characters. Our world just kept growing and overlapping and I love a series that will pull previous characters in. The plot for each book is strong and the overarching plot of the series has kept me guessing (and guessing wrong lol) the entire time. I LOOOOOOOVED the fifth book's surprise because I had so many theories and it STILL wasn't predictable.
The spice in this series is HOT ya'll! Make sure you've got fresh batteries or you're all charged up cause honey.... it's a spicy meatball! (vine reference)
