How can a dude who has been taking care of a girl as his own daughter suddenly start having relations with her the moment her mom/ his wife dies?
I would give this book a MUCH higher rating if some years went by and not 2 1/2 months after the mom/ wife died. There was 2.5 seconds of grieving before Stassia was on Dominic's dick; to say she was hungry for it is a vast understatement. Her plotting to get him did not sit right with me and Dominic, being the damn adult, should have had more resilience against her.
That ending was also rushed af and made no sense with the "info" they had on Micah and the families just accepting the relationship.
