This ended up not working for me. I know it's been really popular and a friend of mine is really liking it but it was on the slow side for me. I found myself getting bored and it was hard to stay focused. Part of the reason it was hard to stay interested was that a lot of things were very vague. There are is a lot of intrigue that just kept going in circles with no end in sight. Another thing that seemed to make it drag was the whole book was a flashback with a lot of inner monologues that are questionably important to the overall story.

I'm lost for words...I'm opinion the song from shaggy "it wasn't me" fits the book well

This book is … something.

It took me a while to get into this book. The prologue is garbage and does nothing to make me interested in what is to come. The first few chapters we garbage as well. I didn’t feign any interest until the bbq at the house.

I hate Cecilia. Her inner monologue is garbage. She’s pretentious and lacks any lovable or inspiring qualities. I’m convinced that everyone likes this book for the smut. It’s basically porn with a minor plot.

I’m mainly continuing because I want to know who the Wolf is and who she chooses to be with. The hype for this book is way overblown.

4.5 - This book was an absolute rollercoaster of emotions for me. It had me captivated from start to finish and I absolutely ate it up. The relationship between Sean and Cecelia was so enticing for me. I was annoyed with the secrets at first; and as a reader, I was quite confused with things. But when everything came ten fold towards the end, it was a mind blowing experience. I loved her naivety to the world she was basically thrust into, it truly made the story itself more understanding and believable. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series
