I only liked Brobdingnag. Terrible plot. Very boring. How do people read this "for fun"?? However, Captain Gulliver is funny to think about.

It's fun, good, but not great. Part two was part 1 but roles reversed.

A very fun book. I have a had time disabusing myself of the misapprehension that irony and satire are modern contrivances. Thus it's always engaging to see the art practiced at such a high degree of perfection so long ago.
The thing about the big-endians and little-endians was neat, a) because it is such an apt parody of religion, and b) because I'm quite accustomed to the reference in computer science. It's always deeply satisfying to finally acquire the back-ground knowledge for a joke after several years.
The bit about the Laputa hit a little close to home for me. Especially the thing about the Laputians being in a constant state of apprehension about a the Earth being hit by a comet or engulfed by the Sun, as existential risk is something I'm rather interested in and dedicate a fair bit of thought and anxiety towards. Long live Nick Bostrom.
I think I'll take up the epithet "Yahoo" to refer to fellows of a disagreeable nature.
I also found it interesting how the satire becomes much more explicit over the course of the book. At first there are cryptic references to whigs and tories as high-heelers and low-heelers, but by the end Gulliver is pontificating on the follies of lawyers.
