Eh. The book wasn't bad, just too slow for my liking. And it's all about Emmy and Oliver. I mean, clearly cuz that's the title and all, but Emmy becomes one of those girls who ditches their friends as soon as she gets a boyfriend. There weren't enough characters for my liking and I don't like Emmy. She's always making herself the victim and it gets annoying.

I don't know if it was they way Robin wrote the actual story or just all of the characters combined, but I just really enjoyed this book. It was adorable, cute, hilarious, but with a dash of dark seriously sad moments. At first, you'd think this would be a hot mess but it just flowed so beautifully.
I adored Emily and Oliver. The are serious friendship goals. But then there's Caro and Drew who I also loved. I couldn't quite decide which relationship/friendship I adored more.
Honestly, besides the one spoiler I just love this book so much that I don't want to ruin it for anyone else. This book deserves to be read. It's so freaking adorable and you'll probably end up grinning like a crazy person in love with a book. Like me.

Honestly I really did like this book, it was literally a cute story, an interesting concept and the characters were great -->....The reason I gave it 3 stars is that I feel it lacked something, not really sure what but something to make the story stand out. All in all I would recommend it to people who want a cute easy read.
The story was super smooth but at various moments many things felt super made up and predictable. But it was super quick and easy read.
3.5 stars I don't have much to say about this book. It was a quick read with a cute romance. I wish it would have contained a POV from Oliver as it seemed that most of the book revolved around him. I loved the premise, but as a contemporary romance it did not stand out for me.
This was a great contemporary romance with a great back story! Loved the characters and the real life family problems. I need more books like this.
So this was just the cutest, most precious thing. I don't know what else to say.
