I agree with what a lot of reviewers said here, that the first book is definitely better than this one.
It was hard to not compare Killian to Liam and Juliet to Truvy. I like the banters between Juliet and Killian but sometimes Juliet is a tad bit annoying. And I don't know why, if there are other books that talk about Juliet, Max and Fin's friendship but aside from the fact that they pull off the theft of the diapers together, I don't get why they are in the story. That twist about Diego is intriguing and I look forward to reading his book, if he's got one.
I just realised during the second book that I've read Declan's book lol, but the good thing is I don't remember much so a reread might be in order but I really need to figure out the order of the books first. Anywho, this duology has enticed me to explore more of this author's works.

I loved this one!! Irish Mobsters are where it’s at. Juliet and Killian’s banter was even better than Liam and Truvy’s. So good!

It wasn't my favorite mafia book, which is disappointing because I was very excited to read about Killian's love story and find out more about the thirteen. But I found myself bored (maybe in a bit of a slump), the Romeo and Juilet theme was a little bit meh for me. Jules annoyed the hell out of me because it wasn't until 90% that she finally admitted she was in love with Killian after he saved her for the second time. Also, I thought there would be more with her dad since they were enemies, but they pretty much shoved the best parts in the last 10 to 15%.

Lo leí rápido porque solo quería que se acabe.
No me gustó.
