I’ve been sleeping on Emily Henry! Such an enjoyable, sweet read.
I’m ready to jump into her back catalogue. Suggestions?

Just a lovely book. I think it has basically all the things that I want in romantic books, and it also lacked moments I hated (like people just doing intensely dumb things). Although the premise might not be that realistic, and I don't think fake dating happens that much in real life, lots of things in this book felt very real to me. People make mistakes, and do something stupid, but they do not blatantly fuck everything up or assume things that can so easily be something different. I was so happy that none of them got back with their exes, because that would have ruined this book a little for me haha. This book just gave me fun characters who both have a life and depth, and all the good vibes.

4.25 ⭐️ This is my fav EmHen so far I think! I think the depth to which the mental health/blocks of being in a relationship was well written. The characters were so self-aware, and became even more so as it went on. It was so satisfying also to see the "villains" get what was coming to them. Excited for the next one!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!
honestly i loved this book only because daphne reminds me of myself kinda..

4.25 !!

Lots of cheesy parts in this— and I’m not just taking about the cheesemonger knee slap

But seriously I think this is EH’s strongest to date: important side characters to main plot points, realistic chemistry, and relatable realizations for our main character Daphne by the end which I really enjoyed!!
