This is the first picture book I’ve read that directly mentions code switching. I’m interested to see what discussions arise from it.
Cute story about a girl going from one culture to another and trying to figure out which one is Home actually when Home is in Between.
Love this story! I feel like I have read a lot of picture books lately with delightful illustrations but text that's too wordy, too stiff, not ideal for a picture book, etc. This one hits the mark on both.
