this was interesting. the first miniseries was actually really good. the second miniseries was awful. art was bad, story was... weird. a decent read in all tho, and quick

For Natasha to be so affected by Yelena, and then turn around and be unfeelingly cruel? It was inconsistent. No matter how they tried to reason her actions towards the end, they made no sense either. On the plus side, I liked some of her dialogue.

I loved the stories in both sections and the art in the first but the art in the second half just wasn't my thing and threw me off enough that I had a hard time getting into what was otherwise an excellent story.

I don't think the two stories actually work as well together as you would think, given the fact that they feature the same characters, but I think they featured some good and interesting parts of Black Widow's character, and I liked both the (very different) art styles.
