This prequel is a very short read leading up to book one of the duet; usually, I don't read short novellas like this, but it was free, so I decided why not give myself some background to the story before starting book one. It has left me curious about what is about to come making this a 4 / 5 Star rating, in my opinion.

The prequel didn’t lend a lot of light as to what I could expect from the series but after I read the whole series, I could appreciate what was attempted with the prequel.

Prequel short for the Dirty Crazy Bad Duet. Introduces the characters and I assume the main angst/antagonist of the first book. It seems like it will be enemy step-brother/why choose romance. I’m not sure if I 100% click with the writing voice, so not sure I’ll continue. We shall see.
