I just couldn’t put this book down once it really got into it, I just had to keep reading to see what happened next and what the next twist in the book was going to be. It revolves around Pip again, after she ends up in meetings after Max is trying to sue her for defamation of his character and also for “falsifying” a voice recording of him admitting to what he’s done in the past.
I honestly really loved this series and would read it again if given the chance!

There are many other content warnings for this book but they’re already on here if I’m not wrong, and I just wanted to add a clarification for this one since it was the one I was the most worried about before reading (mild spoilers ahead if you want to go in knowing nothing): Pippa taking pills to ease her anxiety and to sleep is a big plot line in the book. She takes Xanax after her doctor stopped prescribing her anything to help her. It’s not seen in a good light in the book and Pip does want to stop eventually. There are also mentions and uses of drugs that put people to sleep heavily and Pip is tempted to take them but she doesn’t.moondaisyy's review against another edition
