Got interrupted reading this one for a while-
What a great concept, and fantastic execution. -This-is cozy manga.
Low stakes? No stakes? Tent stakes.
It's girls growing in friendship, experiencing the joy of being together out in nature, and learning *with* you about different ways to camp and what equipment you might need. The panels where the book illustrates and explains different types of tents or sleeping bags scratches that itch in my brain that led me, as a child, to pour over that Eyewitness Gemstones guide I treasure to this day.
Oh, and the art is adorable and well done. I love the cozy clothes and snowflake prints especially!
And by the way, this book is funny, too!
I actually want to go camping now. All my life, I've never spent the night in a tent out somewhere. Having pets might make that a bit more challenging now, but man, it's on my bucket list.

Cute girls going on cute camping trips, and that’s pretty much it. I kinda wish there was a stronger overarching plot between the different camping trips, but other than that it was fine. I learned some interesting things about outdoor cooking and camping equipment, so that’s nice. The art is also beautiful.
