This was a cute Christmas read. It was overly tidy, but enjoyable.

Was this book predictable? Absolutely. Did I still have fun reading it? Also yes. All the issues were tied up with a pretty bow; the characters were all happy and successful and their relationships were perfect. I normally would feel like this was too Hallmark-y but this time of the year, I ate it up like a Christmas cookie.

I don’t think the characters were very written. And I think the drama was orchestrated to be more than it was. It did shed light on family dynamics during holidays. I just didn’t rock with it.

LOVED this book. Loved all the twists and turns and some of them actually caught me by surprise! I want a sequel and this to be made into a series of the family. There were so many dynamics of each character, I’d love to know more about where life takes them.
