This was a cute Christmastime read. So many family dynamics under one roof. It was a sweet predictable read for me, but I kept wanting more. This book was set up for one disaster after another. If you're looking for a holiday wild ride, this is worth checking out.

One Big Happy Family beautifully captures the chaos of the holiday season with charm. The family drama and Christmas traditions are both comical and entertaining. The diverse cast of characters is easy to follow, and each one adds something unique to the story. I found Julie especially relatable; she is a mom who loves her grown children unconditionally while also trying to rediscover herself. Despite the family drama, the characters’ strong communication skills really stood out to me. This book genuinely brought me joy, and it reminded me of the movie The Family Stone. If you’re looking for a cute and festive quick holiday read, I highly recommend picking up this book.
