I Am OBSESSED with this book. I loved it! I had no idea I enjoyed horror books. I have bought several more C.J. Tudor books because of how much I enjoyed The Burning Girls. This was a mix of horror, thriller, mystery, super natural, comedy read. (way more horror than comedy. But still had plenty of comedic relief here and there). I loved the use of references throughout the book. I felt like I greatly related to the main character and her daughter. I did not want to put it down, it was....bizarre and interesting in all the right ways. Great Read! Highly, highly recommend. Cannot wait to read my next C J Tudor book, I think I will try Chalk Man!!
I enjoyed the book. The story kept me engaged, however, it just didn't overly excite me to earn five stars. Very well written so I will absolutely read this author again.

WOW, WOW, WOOOOW!!! What a book! Definition of a page turner! I loved every moment of this novel. This is my favourite Tudor novel..... the book left me wanting more! 5 stars is not enough!!!
There was quite a few things that were WOW, didn't see that coming! but the big twist was obvious so early into the book with all the flashbacks. Overall, it was a fast paced creepy thriller mystery that wrapped everything up nicely. I loved the mother/daughter relationship as well =)
