Felt so real, such a reminder of how dystopian our lived experiences today are.
Sometimes we think dystopian is the Hunger Games or the Maze Runner worlds but we also forget that cults by nature are dystopian, ideologies like population control are dystopian (especially within the context of how it is almost exclusively in conversation of how overpopulated the non-white, heavily-exploited, formerly colonised countries are)
I really liked the full circle moment you come to at the end.

Really enjoyed this book. Not read anything like it previously and am excited for other books from this writer. It felt like the storyline of this book could easily come true and that made it such a good read. Dark in places but shows how corrupted humanity can become.
