I’m ready to give up on ARC reading…LIKE WHY IS EVERYTHING LEAVING ME ON SUCH GREAT CLIFFHANGERS? The spicy in this book was TOP TIER STUFF Y’ALL! But the plot, the action, the tension and characters are what really sold it for me.
It was a little tough to get into at the start but once the ball started rolling, BABY IT DIDN’T STOP.

Mark Trevena has to be one of the most intriguing characters I have ever read about. I feel like everything is happening because he meticulously planned it that way and he's playing EVERYONE around him. I'm so damn sure! And yeah.. he definitely knows. There's just no way he doesn't, the man knows everything and I'm damn sure he planned EVERYTHING so Tristan HAD to go get Isolde.
As for Tristan... oh Tristan my sweet baby! I loooove, love, love this character for entirely different reasons than Mark LOL. He's definitely everything that Mark is not. I thought it was very interesting that he's still so... innocent(?) given his life experiences. You only want to hug him and tell him everything will be alright. Can't wait to see how this character evolves and what's gonna happen next in this triangle.
Loved this book, It was a very easy read (especially compared to other titles by Sierra Simone.. phew!) and I read through it fairly quickly. I'm gonna jump and read Honey Cut right away!
