i was hoping for more intrigue in the actual plot, but i suppose the “spicy” made up for it.

a nice little cliffhanger at the end, but if you’re looking for deep-probing thought, this isn’t it.

i’m fairly new to this type of literature, so i imagine if i were wearing pearls, this would be the book to make me clutch them.
